Iako smo još uvijek duboko u ljetu, već razmišljamo o rujnu i nadolazećoj dodjeli 74. nagrade Emmy. Emmy Awards, ili kako se skraćeno nazivaju Emmys, predstavljaju široki raspon televizijskih nagrada u SAD-u, a jučer je izašao i popis nominiranih. Dramska komedija „Succession“ osvojila je najviše nominacija, ukupno 25, uključujući onu za izvanrednu dramu i najbolje glavne glumce Briana Coxa i Jeremyja Stronga.
Predvodnik kategorije komedije je serija „Ted Lasso“ s 20 nominacija, a jednako toliko nominacija ima i serija „White Lotus“ u kategoriji najboljih limitiranih serija. „White Lotus“ je također zaradio nevjerojatnih osam nominacija u kategorijama sporedne glume.
Popularna Netflixova serija „Squid Game“ ima 14 nominacija, što je najviše ikad za stranu seriju. „Stranger Thing“ je također pobrao brojne nominacije, međutim promakla im je nominacija za najbolju glavnu i sporednu ulogu.
